Abstract

In March 2020 from 90 CPI Cities in Indonesia, 43 cities experienced inflation and 47 cities experienced deflation.
The Tual Municipality experienced deflation of 0.55 percent with a CPI of 104.33 and Ambon Municipality experienced deflation of 0.71 percent with CPI of 105.56. National inflation of 0.10 percent with CPI 104.72.
The highest inflation occurred in Lhokseumawe Municipality by 0.64 percent with CPI 104.20 and the lowest inflation occurred in Surabaya Municipality, Surakarta Municipality, and Pekanbaru Municipality by 0.01 percent with each CPI of 104.26; 103.76; and 103.40. Meanwhile, the highest deflation occurred in Timika, Mimika Regency by 1.91 percent with CPI 102.79 and the lowest occurred in Tangerang Municipality by 0.01 percent with CPI 104.40.
Of the 90 CPI Cities in Indonesia, Tual Municipality CPI in March 2020 was ranked 40th and Ambon Municipality was ranked 13th. Tual Municipality monthly inflation was ranked 79th Ambon Municipality was ranked 84th.
