In April 2024 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Tual City of 2.29 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.76.
Y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases indicated by the increase in six expenditure group indices, namely: food, beverage and tobacco group by 4.40 percent; housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 0.99 percent; transportation group by 0.92 percent; recreation, sports and culture group by 0.38 percent; food and beverage / restaurant supply group by 5.71 percent; and personal care and other services group by 1.82 percent.
The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate of Tual City in April 2024 amounted to 0.17 percent.
The year to date (y-to-d) inflation rate of Tual City in April 2024 amounted to 0.40 percent.
